Super happy with my choice. I picked the Bún Bò Huế - (Hue Beef Noodle Soup.with brisket). Prices were vere reasonable for a full shop on walking street. The broth even better than my last. A couple chewy cuts of meat but I'm not phased. Huida beer is there 25k market rate, but I was surprised to get the large bottles #good value. Also tried the Bánh Khoải (Specialty of Hue crispy pancake). I tried on a whim. Was nice but not my favourite. Vegetarians note it's got chicken or duck inside. Probably best to share and let each person roll their own in rice paper. Oh and they accepted card payment without fees so I was getting better payment rates than withdrawing cash and loosing out on fees. The shop has 2 zones so either you can sit in the bleachers and watch walking street or hide in Aircon.
