The staff and rules were terrible. Only one adult with a child was allowed to pass at a time. An adult had to carry the child and push a stroller, which was clearly unreasonable. In case of an emergency, it would be impossible to care for the child. There were many people in the lobby, including many families with children. Perhaps because the staff said only one parent could pass at a time, they chose to queue in the crowd. No solution was offered; they were only told that if they didn't want to do this, they could queue for the regular lane. So what was the point of this lane? A very unpleasant trip. Negative review.
