Every other cocktail bar on the strip is covered in thick lipstick and fake lashes. Not Millie’s. Millie's is the girl in the corner you can't stop looking at; the one who isn't trying because she doesn’t need to. Tucked in a back alley a few steps from the fat bellies & fries of the tourist circuit, Millie’s waits in the shadows of a small, quiet garden. The cocktails change constantly, chasing ideas rather than trends. And the ambience is addictive. The authenticity of what Millie’s offers is a rare treat. And the inventiveness of the cocktails - that put flavour before theatre - makes this one of my favourite cocktail bars in the world.
