사파는... 돈만 추구하는 나쁜 관광지.. 당국에서 상인들의 생각을 개선하지 않으면 5년 이내에 관광객 1/2수준으로 떨어질 것 예상됨. 한번은 오는데 2번 오기에는..... 물론 내가 만난 선량한 상인도 있지만....
