Đi lại lần thứ 2 và mình nghĩ rằng sẽ không đi lại. Lần đầu đi vào năm ngoái mình thấy mọi thứ vẫn ổn, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình nhưng năm nay đi lại cảm thấy giá cả tăng nhưng dịch vụ lại đi xuống, thái độ nhân viên rất hời hợt và cau có.
Today I had an extremely frustrating experience at VinWonder Safari. The tour guide and the boat driver were friendly, but that wasn't enough to alleviate my frustration and disappointment with the queuing experience. We didn't receive any proper advice from the staff. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes to buy VIP tickets, only to receive very superficial and irresponsible answers and advice from the staff. We had to move around and wait again. It was hot and sunny, the fans were few and not working at full capacity, and my family, including elderly people and young children, had to wait in the heat for a very long time without any resolution. I really don't want to return here a second time.
Горок и аттракционов очень мало. Почти на всех водных ограничения веса более 50 и менее 90 кг (сын 49, я 92, не пустили). Много заведений не работает, душевые грязные. В общем на порядок хуже чем тот же парк в Нячанге.
